The injara was fresh and ready, I'm officially addicted. Moved to Seattle recently and I have to say this little store is truly a gem for Habesha cooking. I definitely recommend this store for Berberee and Injara!! They also have kitchen wear to make your own injara as well, Happy New Year Ethiopian Mini Market!!
