I get a custom bowl at this location on nearly a daily basis and I leave satisfied majority of the time. I always place my order pickup ahead of time and it’s ready when I arrive. I’m always greeted by the employees which makes for a wonderful customer service experience. The base bowls with protein are a bit on the pricey side, usually around $16-18 after tax and $1 tip, but the ingredients are at least always fresh.

Evergreens at the Columbia Center consistently provides exceptional service, often coming to my rescue by assembling an order for me with just 15 minutes' notice (15 wraps!). The staff is incredibly friendly, and we are fortunate to have such warm and welcoming individuals working in the few restaurants that remain in our building!
