Evergreens has such fresh, flavorful, healthy and creative options. I customized a bowl with gluten free items and meeting my unique dietary restrictions with a satisfying meal. Good portion, quick service and very efficient. I only wish they had more open hours later or weekends but I respect catering to downtown workweek hours. Just love evergreens!

It’s not amazing, nothing is labeled so you have to ask what each thing is, portion size was pretty small, but it’s pretty much your only choice, it’s fresh and can be healthy. I’d do it again if i had a long sit. Updated from previous review on 2026-05-17

really fresh and good ingredients. depends on the location and recipe, traffic, most of the time it’s consistent. love their sweet street marshmallows, literally obsessed with them! of course cans of coke and is a huge plus. my favorite is custom bowl with chicken, rice, crispy onion, pickled onions, beans and veg with a wedge of lemon. i love that you can do it without sauces or any oil which is amazing
