If you want a filling healthy choice this is probably the spot in SeaTac. My chicken bowl plus “handcrafted” lemonade were $20 tax and tip made it $24. So not a value by any means. The food was tasty, seemed fresh, and overall I enjoyed my lunch.

Fresh, Fast and Flavourful! Evergreens is a great option for healthy and filling food. I had the build your own bowl - quinoa, sweet potato, avocado, black beans, jalapeño, cilantro, red pepper, sunflower seeds and lime sauce. I loved it. By far the healthiest option I've come across at an airport. Very happy customer. Thank you!! Ps. Great customer service too. Very friendly.

Biggest issue was that the food was very luke warm. The rice wasn't heated enough to make the dish sufficiently warm once the cold toppings were added. The service was fast, if not particularly friendly. The price was way too high (like all airport food). The tables in the sitting area were dirty, but the view out the huge windows was great - you can watch the planes taking off. They also had live music.

The ladies “helping” my husband and I were more worried about talking in whispers and not being helpful. Having never been here before like probably a lot of people in this airport, they were just rude and unhelpful.

Turned out to be the best meal of my trip! Service was super helpful and professional with my first timedness and made me a super good bowl and feels fresh and health and delicious and I couldn’t recommend getting a meal here enough!

Edit/update. It's been a while, tried them again a few months ago a couple times. It's been a different experience. All food available, no more "we don't do wraps" bs, quick service short line and taste good.
There's one worker... Just one, that seems incapable of taking an order. Adding premiums that were not asked for, not adding things that were asked for.. Sounded like this wasn't a new issue with her when it was addressed at the register. Hopefully that situation is resolved soon, otherwise a pretty reasonable food source in sea.
Original - Last three times have been a different experience. Don't have xyz, can't do this or that, recent time was met with new menus, higher prices and a lack of pricing for other items, and outright told "we don't do wraps". Uh, yes you do, last half dozen visits have all been wraps. I wish I was kidding - I challenged them on saying that, they went and asked someone else if they can make a wrap and they shook their head no. I gave up, just left, probably won't be going back for a while. Great food ruined ruined with mediocre service.

I used to come here every time, but the pricing update is super disappointing, especially for someone who doesn’t get meat. Now they charge extra for quinoa and other ingredients as well, essentially giving the same size bowl I got months ago a significant increase in price. The toppings were the appeal of this place, and they’ve taken that away :( Will not be back

The food is pretty good. I enjoyed eating it. The service was horrible!!! My wife and I had different servers. Both of them were extremely rude and unhelpful. They acted like entitled little children. So if you eat here you will probably get some decent fresh food but most likely horrible service.
