We asked if they had vegan options, and the staff member who helped us was extremely nice. He explained every single option in detail, including the dressings, and was very polite. The person at the payment counter was also very welcoming. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend this place.

I ordered the Jurassic Pork bowl and it was decent but way spicier than I expected! I wish they added some signage to let people know the sauce has such a kick. Also the bowl itself is pretty shallow, I wish there was more rice. The atmosphere was bright and inviting; everything felt clean. Everything seemed fresh and for airport food standards, it passes and I’d go again and order something else.

I used to fly out of SEATAC more frequently and I loved going to Evergreens. But at my most recent visit they had made changes that bummed me out. 1) only offering the smaller size for salads 2) putting the bread in an unnecessary paper bag rather than just in the bowl 3) not tossing the salad once everything had been added!! The last change was the worst because it's just lazy... Why not toss it? At a salad place where the salad is assembled in front of you with prepped ingredients, mixing it up is kind of the whole service? They weren't even using the large metal bowls to assemble, just layered it all in the to-go bowl. There were also at least 8 employees around, all chatting but not focused on mixing the salads. The salad was fine, not like I remember. :(
