There's something different since the schism. Spicy isn't as perfectly balanced. Coating isn't as sublimely crispy. The Mac and Cheese doesn't have that cheddar tang. The biscuits are now more like rolls than biscuits. It's OK, just not what I had come to expect after literally decades of going out of my way to hit the CD store.
Good chicken. Sometimes its kinda dry so a little hit or miss. The spicy tenders are my favorite with the bbq-ranch. The bread is always really good. No indoor seating, just pickup. Small parking lot, which works great since its just pickup
Ezell's is back on our household order-to-go menus!!! Ordering is easy and picking up was a breeze, no waiting at the store once we arrived to the store. Chicken is well-marinated and hot off the fryer. The sweet rolls are freshly baked. You have plethora of sides that you can choose and none can be wrong with the chicken and the roll! All are so tasty. With a bottle of soda, a roll, 1 choice of sides and 2 pieces of chicken, lunch deal is a bargain compared to going...
