The cashier up front tonight needs a lot of training in customer service. He had helped someone who came in after me get their order telling me he was going in order which he didn't! He's rude!!!

Easy online ordering that cut the wait time. Friendly crew. The place was packed always a line. But I know why. The food was excellent. Love the Mac & cheese. Ordered enough to have more for dinner 👍🏼 the Mountain Dew (only PepsiCo product I will drink) was not working 🥲
Parking: Shared lot but plenty of parking. It’s a bit tricky getting out of the lot depending on direction you are traveling due to medians on Rainier.

I've eaten here at least 6-7 times and usually didn't really check the price, but then i checked. Food is way too overpriced. $52 for 2 lbs of chicken and fries? It's $2.50 a pound at the grocery store. Like wth? Sure it could feed for 3 meals, but $50+ is over kill.

Rudest staff, the young lady got our order wrong twice. How hard is it to get 4 pieces dark meat mixed? But the rudeness was my main concern so never again. Chicken tastes and smelled awful which was different than my other experience. I hope they train the people working there better, I get it that the neighborhood is kind of scary but still we didn't deserve to be treated like that.

Chicken was good as were the rolls. However, the service leaves some to be desired. We weren’t greeted and when we said hello we got no response. Found the worker not to be verbally rude but just seemed to not care at all.
I've visited this location since I was a child and they've never disappointed! They're a takeout restaurant so there's no seats available inside and you'll have to take the food home but if you're like me, you can also just eat it inside your car in the parking lot. The spicy 2-piece chicken and large crinkle cut fries are my go-to order and definitely worth trying if you've never been here before!
