fair isle has rapidly become my go to brewery since they opened. a little off the beaten path means it doesn't get nearly as loud and "bro-tastic" as the other Ballard breweries. the beer itself is excellent and their experimental nature means their is always something new to try. the occasional food is always tasty. overall, fair isle is my favorite of all the Ballard breweries; a well hidden secret that I hate to share.
