Jolly Roger Restaurant & Taproom (Rooftop Brewing) is a great neighborhood pub with good vibes. The service and beer are first rate. The cheeseburger is a great deal and super delicious. Get a slider or the fish and chips. Yummy hard shell tacos on Tuesday are not too expensive. The in house sauces are all so good. The seating patio is pretty cool, and NA Heineken is available. However, the portion size was way way under what some crave, and the kitchen can be a little slow. Despite that, staff are up to the task, and customers are well taken care of.
