Take our fluffy, soft & amazing homemade pitas and bake them fresh in your home. Can't beat fresh bread. Pitas are half-baked and frozen. 1. Thaw pitas in room temp. 2. Preheat oven on highest setting. 3. Baked thawed pitas for 3 minutes. Pro tip: Pitas come out crispy on outside. To soften them up, put back in plastic bag, close and wait 10 minutes to let the steam make them soft again.

Amba - Fermented mango sauce
Layers of salty and sour flavors resembling an Arab curry. This traditional Iraqi sauce starts with unripe green mangos fermented in brine for 2 weeks. Mangos are then blended with spices and and fermented for another 1½ months. Result is totally worth waiting 2 months for!

They catered our wedding last fall and it was a huge success and so good!! So many guests told us this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding and the best Middle Eastern food they've had in Seattle! Multiple guests reached out after the wedding to ask who had catered and were very happy to hear they had a storefront! And Shimi was so kind and helpful!! We were genuinely overjoyed to be eating our wedding leftovers for the next week!!

It's difficult to get vegan food when you're traveling, but this restaurant was excellent! The falafel was hot and crunchy and everything was very fresh.
Definitely going back when I visit Seattle again@

What's nice about this place is they offer a 'hesitator plate', which is basically a combination on every individual food item on their menu, all in one plate.
It gives you the chance to try a whole bunch of things in a single order

Firstly, it's an absolute ton of food. This lasted me basically two meals, mostly due to the amount of protein on this plate - which includes chicken shawarma, beef gyro, and falafel
