Preheat oven on highest setting. 3. Baked thawed pitas for 3 minutes. Pro tip: Pitas come out crispy on outside. To soften them up, put back in plastic bag, close and wait 10 minutes to let the steam make them soft again.

Just a slide. Workers on our visit were disconnected an nothing like the original owner crew. The sauces seem sweeter amd this had officially beco.e a place I come for pickled products. I know how hard it is to cultivate a good staff, but the was the third time below the standard set by the food truck owners. Please fix. We will be back.

Food is great, service needs improvement. When I first started going, the workers were great about marking the spice level on each wrap, as I order one that 4/5 spice and one that's 0/5 spice. In the past few months, they have consistently failed to note that on the box, even when specifically requested. It only takes a second or two...
