The last time my husband and I dined here the service was not good. We waited more than 10 minutes to receive even water's, we also had made a reservation. The people that came in behind us received their water well before we did. We were only a party of three, one being our 9 YO daughter.
I stopped by this spot to try their birria tacos, and honestly, I was disappointed. For a place voted as one of the top restaurants in the PNW, the birria beef in the tacos was way too tough. The texture really ruined the experience. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be coming back.

We've tried to go to Fire Tacos before, but it was always packed, and now we know why! This time, we went at noon on a Sunday and got seated right away. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The food was amazing! Seriously the best tacos in Seattle! Every bite was flavorful and fresh. The portions were generous, and the drinks were just as impressive. Refreshing, vibrant, and so thoughtfully made. We couldn’t get over the attention to detail in everything… they even branded our limes! The interior was fun, the vibe was lively, and the service was fantastic. If you're looking for a unique, and memorable meal, this place is a must-visit. We can’t wait to go back!
