Cactus is a must when in the Seattle area! I recommend around sunset so you can enjoy the view while you enjoy your food.Everything is fresh, the seasoning and flavors of the food is unmatched in profile and freshness. I will recommend this restaurant forever, it’s that good.The only reason I took 1 star off for “atmosphere” is if you’re easily sensory overwhelmed- this place can get packed and loud. Wow, this place was worth the hour wait for a table! The service was impeccable (would give 6 stars if I could). We loved our appy of queso and chips and ultimate margarita followed by excellent entrees!! I had the lime prawn fajitas. So much food I couldn't come close to finishing it. Next thing we knew they brought us a complimentary flan. Wow, it was delicious too. I cannot recommend this restaurant more!! Check it out when you are at Alkai Beach.
