“We love Cactus. the Alki one is perfect to pretend you’re on a vacay somewhere warm (not Seattle) because of all the light and the view out the bar. the Kirkland one has great ambiance for a date night, and the SLU has the same delicious food and drinks as the other 2 but in a more convenient location. We talk about going almost every time we’re in town. (we live 45 minutes out of the city)Hibiscus Chi Chi and the queso guac are a must.“
“Came for the first time today to try out the vegan Mac and cheese w vegan chorizo. I’m not a vegan however I am abstaining from meat/dairy for Ethiopian orthodox fasting right now and was really craving cheese. I had low hopes for vegan Mac and cheese but was incredibly surprised how creamy/cheesy-flavored theirs was! The vegan chorizo tasted more like ground beef than chorizo but still, it didn't taste like I was eating “fake” ingredients! I highly recommend for vegans and even non-vegans!Vegetarian options: I only had the mac and cheese/chorizo but the menu looks like it accommodates quite a few of their recipes into vegan/vegetarian“
“Wonderful!! I loved our meal at Cactus Madison Park. All of the staff that we encountered were so friendly and easy accommodating for our person using a Knee Scooter. The food flavors are outstanding, the portion sizes are perfect and the prices are good. The interior decor is very nicely done with a fun look and feel. I would eat here again and again.“
“Pros: always fantastic food, good for vegetarians and meat eaters alike, usually little to no wait, can accommodate big parties, super cute decor, big cocktail/bar menu, good happy hour, everyone there is nice, kids are welcome, and it’s right next to light rail. Excellent queso!Cons: literally noneVegetarian options: Vegan queso, jackfruit or impossible meat available on most items, best vegan mac n cheese in the city“
“This place deserves a higher rating. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. We liked all of our food - tortillas and guac were very fresh. The chile stew with pork shoulder and the brussel sprouts were A+.The popcorn chicken was too salty but based on this experience we'll be back to try the tacos and burritos.“
“This place was nothing less than phenomenal, the atmosphere of this place just gives off good vibes as you’re walking in, my server Daisy treated us like vip and assisted all our requests/needs during our time here, this was my first time at this establishment but I will be back very soon. Keep up the great work?️“
“An unforgettable dining experience at this restaurant! Madison, our waitress, was exceptional—friendly, professional, and ensured our experience was perfect. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was spectacular. Can't wait to return“
“Have visited this location for many years and never disappointed with the food, service or the fun vibe of the restaurant. Stopped in for a cold beverage and an oder of chorizo queso and tortilla soup. Both were excellent served with fast, friendly professional staff. Will keep coming back.“
“Upscale-yet-comfy-and-affordable oceanfront vibe. The green chili soup came with these delish little homemade masa sopes (like thickertirtilla pieces) for dipping. Lucious flan. Creative menu options, including jackfruit tacos for veg-heads like me. Incredibly sweet and hospitable folks.“
