I had the pineapple fried rice with chicken and level 3 spicy. This has got to be the best fried rice I have ever had. Level 3 spicy is not that spicy, to me anyway, I could have done level 4. So much flavor. The chicken was tender and moist. The pineapple was juicy. The rice had a good curry flavor and wasn't dry. 10/10 highly recommend. Staff was friendly and the service was great.
Fantastic lao and thai foodz at a reasonable price.
All the dishes I've had from this place has been delicious. I recommend the Lao sausage, sticky rice and the papaya salad (as spicy as you can handle). Chase it down with the sala drink (the red Lao/Thai drink). The best of all worlds.
Word of advice: Parking can be limited, but that's not their fault. The restaurants in the area are just busy.

Flavor Thai & Lao Bowl is a favorite Lao/Thai restaurant known for authentic, delicious food with generous portions. The papaya salad is very authentic and drooling flavored, but customers should lower the level of spiciness if they can’t handle too spicy. Highlights include the Kao Pon, which has an amazing balance between spiciness and coconut milk, as well as the Pho and Pad Kee Mao. The naem khao is described as PERFECT, super duper, and comes with plenty of lettuce and extra cilantro & mint. The Beef Sticks are a popular appetizer, served with a unique and spicy sauce that comes with sticky rice. The shrimp quality is impressive—meaty and delicious. The restaurant is very cozy, with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff who are fast with pick-up. However, some reviews note that the cashier lacked a welcoming presence and that staff did not refill waters or check on tables after serving. The tom khem was too salty with not enough rice, and the thai tea was WAY too sweet, needing water to balance it. Despite this, the food is packed with flavor and the spice customers crave, making it a good place for authentic Lao cuisine.
