Blazing Bowl used to be at the Bellevue Crossroads mall, and it's now reopened here as part of the owner's other restaurant! I remember seeing this place pop up on social media a lot when they first opened as I hear they have probably some of the best Laotian food in the area. I have only had a few Laotian dishes and so I was really looking forward to this spot! I ordered their chicken Pad Lao on DoorDash and was very happy with it as the flavors were some of the best that I have ever had, minus the spice level as I ordered a 4 and it felt very mild.

Oh my! I lived in Vientiane for 7 years and I was nearly in tears with nostalgia upon smelling and tasting this amazing food.

I don't come to this area often but was here puttering around while my son was hanging with his friends at the mall. I just happened to see this place and now I will be back so many times that I may actually volunteer to take my son to the mall.

I got the Lao sausages for myself and the Nam Khao Tod for my wife...
