For my boyfriend’s birthday, I took him to get a Tomahawk steak at Flint Creek. We were both incredibly blown away by the quality of the food and the top tier service given to us by Nathan, our server. The tomahawk was sooo good, it had a delightful spice crust on the outside and was cooked to perfection. We also both swooned over the prosciutto & plum dish (absolutely god tier). Our table service was unmatched— Nathan made sure that we were taken care of every single step of the way and we left feeling full and satisfied. Thank you Nathan & the team at Flint Creek!!

But, why is the pate always firm? Fantastico meal every time! But chilled pate, that's firm... The pickled vegis could have had more pickling too... So I pickled my liver (pate puns anyone?)

Good food, good service, not much of a vibe... industrial like set up, better once dark out... too many windows for a steakhouse. They close too early and shockingly no espresso machine to go along with dessert or cocktail martini... simple to add and easy margins... really? Poor miss by the owner. With so many great restaurants in Seattle this doesn't feel like one you need to add to the regular rotation... glad to have been but on to the next.

Had been a couple years since our last trip, but it was even better than we remembered! And the flavors were even slightly better than Rock Creek (which is also fantastic by itself.)

Can't remember the last restaurant where every dish was a winner. The tuna and burrata appetizers were slam dunks. And then we all fought over one another's entrees, but the boar gnocchi was the king. Heavy pour cocktails and tasty desserts. All 4 of us left happy.

One on the tastiest steaks I've ever eaten - pricey but worth it. Service was excellent and nice loft style atmosphere.

Everything was good until ~6 hours after dinner when my partner became ill. He has celiac and suspects gluten contamination as he developed symptoms typical of exposure to gluten. Prior meals that day were at home.

Our favorite Seattle restaurant. We visit at least once a month. The menu is always creative with seasonal additions and with the finest quality ingredients. Service is always top-tier! The bar and bartenders are excellent at their craft and the cocktail selections pair so perfectly with the menu - FlintCreek knows what they are doing!Make a reservation and celebrate a special event, this experience will exceed your expectations!Parking: Parking lot just south of the venue, lots of street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Level entry at street.Mention you need accommodation when making your reservations and they will seat you downstairs. They are great about this!

Great food. Loved the pork chop but the ribeye was the star of our meals. Really good cocktails too! We didn't have happy hour but I hear they have an awesome burger for $10 on the HH menu.

The food was great. The service was spot on and they were a well rounded staff team. Ambiance was great on wish they had a better sound system as music truly can make the memory. The music played was great from what I did hear. Food excellent. Staff service was excellent as well.

This place is such a little gem. ? my husband and I loved the whole experience. Our server (I think his name was Nathan?) Was absolutely excellent. Went above and beyond to make this a memorable night. He answered every question my husband had so gracefully. We will definitely be back! Food and drinks were so yummy.

Service is great. Food was lacking. Started with the venison pate. It was flavorful but dry, and the nuts were hard. It was served with cold bread. The dalphinoise was weirdly sweet while the kohlrabi hard - both ended up being under seasoned. To make up for the seasoning on the sides, the steak was covered in salty crust. Both of our steaks were blue-rare when ordered medium rare. Next time, I'll order medium and expect medium rare? The music was loud and didn't fit the vibe I expected for a steakhouse. Felt more like a bar.If you crave a steak and you're nearby, it's decent if you just get the steak. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.
