They’ve permanently closed the dine-in option and moved to take out only, FYI.
Don’t be scared off by the dingy dining room, the food is good. If you’ve never had FOB, I’d describe it like a poke salad bar. You can choose between pretty much any topping you can think of.

Tried the Cap Hill location recently. Parking isn’t great since it’s all street parking, but the poké is good and I was craving poké. The place is usually clean and service is typically fast. The staff is generally friendly, though tonight I felt a little rushed even though we came in around 7pm and they close at 8:30pm…not a huge deal, just something I noticed. Overall, I’d still recommend it.

Chanced upon this poke place while heading to Reverie Hall. Reviews seemed good and asked AI for recommended items to order.
Lots of items for selection. Seem to have unlimited choices for toppings. Ordered 3 proteins and portion was generous. Colourful, fresh, flavourful and textured bites.
Left as a happy and full diner.
