Came in with a party of 15 without a reservation and Felipe treated us extremely well and was accommodating for us, giving us seating within a quick time. Gisele was an amazing server and on top of every request our party had, refilling waters regularly and navigating such a large table with ease. Will come back.

I chose Fogo de Chão to celebrate my mom’s birthday since she’s a true food lover—and it was perfect. The food, service, and atmosphere are always exceptional, and this visit was no different. My family hasn’t stopped raving about the experience! Felipe, Malu, Helena, and Hosana were all incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back, especially with the exciting expansion on the way!

I arrived to the lobby and waited at least 15 minutes for the host to get through the group of maybe 3 parties in front of me so I could check in. In that time no staff even greeted us. We check in and the host says it will only be a minute. We then wait at least 20 more minutes. The hosts say multiple parties before us who arrived after we did. When we finally got called the host was trying to seat us in the bar area and we have a child(was in our reservation). We finally get sat and right at the same time they are seating a table with no reservation that arrived at the same time as us. Mind you we only had 3 in our group and it looked like all the tables could seat that many.

After around 45 minutes of lobby waiting we finally get sat. Our table had no tablecloth, no waters, and no tokens. In less than ten minutes 20 employees walked by our table and no one even greeted us or just stopped by to say they would be right there. At this point we are questioning if the lack of meat service is even going to be worth our while. I imagine we would’ve spent our whole dinner with only chicken and sausage stopping by.

As someone who worked at a churrascaria for 3 years I know how the service works there and was very disappointed with our whole experience. We did not stay for dinner, and server told us to have a good night as we were walking by?

I enjoyed my experience at Fogo de Chão. The gauchos were very friendly and courteous with us and the food kept coming generously! I would definitely recommend it. We came in for lunch and left full 😋

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Fogo de Chao over the long weekend left us completely disappointed—not because of the food or our server, but because of how management handled a simple issue.

We made reservations well in advance and opted for the all-you-can-eat meat selection, which included picanha, tomahawk, steak, chicken, pork, and lamb chops. Nowhere were we told that tomahawk and lamb chops had to be specifically requested, so we waited for them to come around—which never happened. When we finally realized and requested for the lamb chops, the lamb chops arrived completely raw. And I don’t mean rare—I mean inedible, raw. Even our server was shocked and visibly disgusted by how undercooked they were. She immediately told us the manager would come over to address the issue.

This is where things went from bad to worse. The manager finally arrived—not to apologize, not to acknowledge the issue, but with a snobbish attitude that made it seem like we were the problem. Her first words? "I heard you wanted to talk to me about the lamb chops." No apology. No concern. Just pure indifference. When we pointed out the issue, her response was basically an uninterested "okay"—as if we were wasting her time.

At a high-end restaurant, you expect at least a baseline level of professionalism and customer service. Mistakes happen—that’s understandable. But how you handle them makes all the difference. This was a situation that could have been easily fixed with a simple apology and some effort to make things right. Instead, we were met with zero accountability and one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had.

We left feeling completely unvalued as customers. For the price point of this restaurant, the lack of professionalism from management is unacceptable. The food itself was great, and our server did her best, but the attitude from the top ruined the entire experience.
