I have tried all three Fogo de Chao in Seattle area multiple times and this one is my favorite. The main reason is the level of saltiness is perfect. The other two locations in Bellevue and Lynwood are overly too salty.
We had a company event at the rooftop patio. Hosana and Amari were wonderful and went out of their way to give us the best experience possible. It started raining at the end of the dinner so they set up tables for us inside as quickly as possible. The food was very good and everyone had a great time. The only note would be pacing - since we had a large crowd we ordered a lot of food at once. It would have been nice if the meat & cheese board came out first, then apps, then...
Definitely NOT upscale. Just because your location is Bellevue, that does not make you upscale. BEWARE! MAJOR BAIT & SWITCH!!
Advertised at $49 all over the internet, upon arrival they tell you that $49 price is only for Texas, everywhere else it's $59.
Way too overpriced for the 8 pieces of meat that you eat in a $59 sitting. By the time we walked out the door it was about $80 per person.
