Frank's is my favorite place in town to get oysters on the half-shell. The vibe is warm, relaxed, and welcoming. The bread with ash butter and sea salt is a favorite. The oysters are fresh, plump, and succulent. The champagne mignonette is flavorful and delicate so as not to outdo the oysters. We tried a seasonal dessert: nectarine, rose, and pistachio pavlova.
