Matcha latte was one of the best I’ve tried very rich in flavor and well priced. However the matcha muffin was slightly dry but very filling. The cookies were great and the London fog was delicious! Atmosphere was calm and plenty of seating, cozy atmosphere.
This is a decent spot but can't hold a candle to the west Seattle location. On most mornings, especially on the weekends it's pretty much a daycare center for absent parents. The baked goods are great, coffee above decent, service is good but they are dealing with a crappy front house layout so things take longer than they should in a venue of this size. So even if you manage to find a seat you'll be waiting a while in the McDonald's play area.

Coffee is quite good. Service is excellent with happy, and warm folks who don’t make superficial small talk just cos they are coached to. More authentic and helpful.
The space is pristine and welcoming. Lots of seating and clean restroom.
Took off one star to be fair, as coffee is very good but not at the level of fuel/ herkimer....
