I’ve had mostly great experiences at this coffee shop, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff on most days. However, the Friday morning crew consistently falls short. They are unapproachable, do not greet customers, and seem inconvenienced by having to take orders. It’s a stark contrast to the rest of the week when the staff is warm and engaging, making it an enjoyable place to visit. I hope management can address this inconsistency, as it impacts the overall experience.

Fresh Flours is a must after a lab draw or visit at UW SLU. Service is quick and friendly, and coffee is delicious! Their fruit danishes are yummy, and if I'm looking for something savory I go for the ham and cheese croissant. It's a can't miss.

Love this place. Great, great coffee! They don’t have Italian sodas on the menu but the barista was able to get me some sparkling water with raspberry flavoring. Yummy food too if you’re looking for a quick snack or lunch. Their pastries are delicious and good quality.

Fresh Flours is a nice and cozy coffee shop! The service was great and the baristas were kind. Even when it was busy, our order was finished in a few short moments which was great! I had their Maple Toffee Latte and Matcha muffin. Both very delicious and highly recommend. The atmosphere is cozy albeit a little cramped, but there's ample seating in the shop.

Delicious pastries as always. Disappointed to learn the new owners discontinued the azuki bean croissant. That croissant was something special and unique to Fresh Flours. New owners if you’re reading this, please reconsider bringing it back.

Fresh Flours always has good quality pastries - even when they warm up their croissants, they remain flakey instead of sinking and getting soggy. Coffee is also good and I just found out that refills are only $1 - and this is not just for drip. We literally got an iced mocha refilled for a dollar which is amazing!

I used to go here everyday but not since the new manager took over. He doesn't like small talk and is not friendly. However, the rest of the staff are women and they're ALWAYS friendly and nice to talk to. It takes an outgoing personality to be a barista. Nevertheless, the coffee is amazing and so are most of the wide variety of pastries.

I recommend their special: cardamon rose latte.
