I absolutely love this tea shop. If I could conjure out of my brain what the best and most wonderful tea shop would be, this is it. The menu is inspired - deep cut teas that an experienced tea drinker will be delighted to find (unsmoked Lapsang, anyone?) and a ton of variety in terms of blends that owner Friday uses lexical-gustatory synaesthia to expertly blend. I may be biased, because this is one of my third places and a truly wonderful place to spend time.
Even without that, the teas are amazing. Some of them are interesting in odd ways, but if you have a concept of what you like the folks that can steer you to some amazing choices, and sometimes things you've never even thought of before.

This is by far my favorite tea shop I've ever been to. Very cute, nerdy, thoughtful, and friendly. They have a food pantry, a community fund, hundreds of carefully crafted tea blends, a secret menu, absolutely fire pastries, and dozens of board games! The staff are so, SO friendly and knowledgeable about teas. They'll sometimes let you try a new one for free! And for anyone in need, you can always get a free tea and pastry here.
