The other reviews were right - the barista i encountered was quite rude (maybe because tipping is not allowed?). felt like this was more of a bookstore that had drink & food options than an actual cafe
We looked for a coffee shop near the Arboretum and Fuel came up as the closest so we popped in after our walk. I ordered 2 hot drinks and asked about the flavour of a scone which was not labelled in the cabinet. The reply from the member of staff was quite blunt and came across rude, making me feel stupid for asking/ not knowing the flavour. After being told the flavour I ordered a scone and a donut. The coffees were made and I paid. I then had to ask for the food again and pay...
The coffee is really good. The latte almost has a slightly burnt cinnamony flavor because of the roast. I am willing to put up with all the gay trans propaganda it is so good. Don't let that stuff make you turn around. Just stuff it up and enjoy your beverage and then as soon as you return home you can commence puking in your toilet and tasting that wonderful coffee a second time.
