Freshest fish at a decent price. Slower service than usual.

The quality was one of the best I have ever had!
The restaurant is dense and crowded but the experience was still satisfying.

horrible food, actually the worst sushi I've ever had and the person i was with said it was there worst experience aswell. the food was insanely bland and I got the emperor roll, it had tuna that looked old and didint taste good and my parent got the las Vegas roll, it was insanelyy bland you actually couldn't taste anything. and each roll had a inconsistent size, plus my water glass had a thing of plastic in it

☘️ We came when the store wasn’t too busy and got seated right away. I’ve spent most of my life in Hawaii and I LOVE sushi/nigiri/etc. I’ve had a lot of concern trying to find affordable, yet delicious sushi. Everything exceeded my expectations and our meal was delicious. The two servers were kind and regularly checked up on us. Truly a gem!

Not the same owners totally obvious. Food is inedible and more expensive than before. Rice is not washed enough and gummy. Tofu dish was over battered and teriyaki sauce was too sweet. Balance of sweet to salty was completely off. Tasted bottled. Waitress forgot our sushi appetizer. Didn’t have beef for my daughter’s order so they substituted chicken without asking prior. Really?? I will never return here. Don’t waste your money.

I was impressed! Its cute inside and the happy hour specials are decent. They will also pay your parking if you park next door. I'd return.

The only spot in Seattle I’ve found which can compete with my all time favorite sushi restaurant Sai Cafe in Chicago.

Amazing dinner experience at Fuji in Seattle!
We had an incredible time at Fuji — Douglas, our chef, together with Andy and Jos were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The teppanyaki show was not only impressive but also a lot of fun — great entertainment that made the whole evening special. After the meal, the atmosphere remained lively and enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seattle looking for great food and a unique experience!

I have been enjoying the great food at Fuji Sushi more than 16 years, my kids look forward to any time they get sushi as well.
My go to is almost always bento, lunch or dinner, as it has a great variety and full meal.
Although prices have gone up since the last time I visited, the portions have also.
My daughter ordered a sushi roll, twice as big as what it would have been in 2018, costing about 50% more
The miso is so good, we always look forward to their unique but flavorful soup.

Absolutely amazing! My kids had the California roll, my husband had the sushi gozen set and I had the salmon gozen set. Everything was excellent! Our server was sweet and friendly and made great suggestions.
