I was craving Udon and chose this restaurant based on distance and great reviews. Fuji Sushi totally impressed me! The Tempura Udon was delicious. The staff provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend coming here, and look forward to my next visit.
Sushi was tasty but the sexy edamame was SO painfully spicy. I usually get a 3/5 star at Thai restaurants with no problem but this was an intense heat that builds and burns. Not sure if someone was heavy handed on the spice that day or if that’s how it usually is but dang…I’ve never had something that spicy from a Japanese restaurant.
Came here for the Seattle restaurant week deal where you get a app, nigiri, and dessert. It was alright.
The appetizers were pretty good. Nice way to start dinner. Really enjoyed the sushi tacos. Great texture and flavor. And the little sliders as well were good.
The sushi sampler platter was ok. The fish themselves were average, not bad but not high quality. Each one had a sauce on top that kind of masked the fish flavor which we were not...
