Employees at this location will make you feel uncomfortable if you don’t appear to align with their political views

The employees should leave their politics at the door when coming to work

This was the best pour over I was able to track down in Seattle. If you're in the downtown area this place is definitely worth adding to your just to visit. They also graciously recommended other locations for our pour overs.

Pros: One of the best cups of coffee I've had in the area.
Cons: Breakfast burrito is a reheated frozen thing and tastes like it. Wifi is pretty weak.

Fulcrum Café is one of those places where coffee isn’t just served—it’s elevated. From the moment you walk in, the space feels modern yet inviting, with that faint hum of conversation and the aroma of freshly ground beans wrapping around you.

We came for coffee drinks—starting with a pumpkin spice latte that was smooth, balanced, and just the right amount of cozy spice. Each cup here feels intentional, whether it’s a classic latte, a bold espresso, or something more inventive. The flavors are rich without being overbearing—perfect for slow sipping.

It’s the kind of spot that works for both a quiet solo coffee break and a relaxed catch-up with friends. Fulcrum Café nails the art of making coffee feel special without trying too hard.

I loved my cappuccino here, it’s the way how I prefer. Perfectly blended and right texture and doesn’t at all feel like burnt coffee! Will definitely come back

Prices have really gone up and service has gotten really really slow. I was the 3rd in line and it took 15min to get my coffee. 15min to make 3 drinks is ridiculous particularly for what tastes like a bad pull and over heated milk

Super busy in the mornings. We still managed to get the table.
We got a pistachio coffee and a mocha
And a spinach pastry.

They have a lot of food options aswell.

I would go back again!

Decent espresso. The empanadas are really good. The music was a little weird for a Monday morning vibe. A little bit on the expensive side.

Had a lovely empanada and oat cortado here! The vibe of the shop was cool but chill, and the location and coffee were great. Definitely worth a stop!

Prices have gone way up but quality has gone down - bitter espresso, stingy on the cream, and everything tastes like cardamom whether you like it or not.

It's not every day you hear art game score in a coffeeshop, especially one typically frequented by professionals. While sometimes they forget to make something you ordered (has happened to me at least twice), the well-lit vibe, slanting walls, and proximity to a certain blue-glass building (and outlets) makes for a great place to get some work done.

Recommend the mushroom-egg empanada. It's small, but filling. Good eats selection overall, and some specialty coffees too.

the coffee was so terribly bitter. i’ve had better coffee at 7-eleven. the restrooms are inaccessible. as a cane user, there is no where to put my cane or the key for the bathroom for that matter. it’s actually quite unsanitary. this could be fixed easily with hooks on the wall.
