This place should have a line out the door. The food is that good. Portions and prices are incredible (like too good), and the FLAVORS! 🙌🏾🥹 Each dish is unique and flavorful, not your typical spot that you can get anywhere. I won’t be surprised if this spot is on the top of every “Best of Seattle” list very soon.
Really enjoyed my visit to Gao Lhao. The tom yum moo was the highlight for me. It had a great balance of sour, spicy, and savory flavors, and the pork was cooked perfectly.
The service was good and everyone was friendly and attentive. The ambience was amazing too. The space felt cozy, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better.
Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for good Thai food in Seattle.

We just moved out of green lake, and Gao Lhao is what we miss the most. Felt like a truly unique experience with menu items we had never seen before at other restaurants. Service was excellent and pricing was very reasonable.
The smoky chicken curry has an incredible flavor profile and is a must try.
