The staff at Gelatiamo are incredibly friendly and welcoming it always feels like such a warm experience. They’re patient, helpful, and genuinely kind. And the pistachio gelato is AMAZING… easily one of the best I’ve ever had! I will be back!
We tried the crème brûlée and pistachio, and both were absolutely awesome — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly patient and kind, walking me through the allergen list and helping me find egg-free options (and there were so many). It made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free.
Even though it was a busy hour, the team never rushed anyone and handled the crowd with ease...

It is the only place in downtown seattle that actually does dulce de luche which is amazing because my friend recommended it to me, I searched for a long time on where to find it and I was not disappointed.
