I actually love this shop in the Spheres and go here ~3 times per week. My only criticism is there's a massive skill gap between the best barista and the worst here. Because I get the same drink every time it's very apparent when one of the less skilled baristas make it. It's either perfect foam with beautiful latte art, or it's terrible foam with 0 art, not really any in between. Is it lack of training, lack of care, or trouble staffing? I can't answer...
The donuts were well coated and decently stuffed, although 1 was under filled compared to the others. The cream flavors were strong and tasty. The inside of the dough is a little dense and slightly under flavored, A bit too much $ for the overall quality and taste. They have room to grow and I hope they do, will come back and give them a second taste. The atmosphere was great.
The coffee is ok. The espresso is not really dialed in. The latte work is ok. But they're a vendor in an Amazon building without any vegan options for food. There are plenty of vendors in the area that have vegan and animal based options. Not sure why we're choosing less inclusive vendors for our buildings.
