$13,3 pieces of meat……and LOTS of soy sauce???And some cute flies

So many flies ( atleast 7 surrounding our table)the place was fairly empty. The first tea cup we got was dirty.Food was ok, workers were friendly but the cleanliness is questionable. They didn't have the boom boom shrimp that day.I did make your own hotpot. For $3, I got two shrimp. The fish fillet was super fishy. I got double beef, the quality is consistent with most places. This location was fairly easy to find, and more parking is available as it on the outskirts of ID.

Authentic, homestyle flavors — nothing fancy about the food or the atmosphere but it absolutely hits the spot
The chef is very friendly. Both I and I are from Changhua. The dishes are very Taiwanese snack style. The place is not big, but it is one of the few affordable Taiwanese restaurants in the DT area.

The food at this place is consistently amazing. I make it a point to visit at least once a month, and they never fail to impress me. I must say, their CHILI WONTON is truly outstanding and ranks among the best in town.

Update 2023 sep:Ordered Braised pork rice, the braised pork was so little on the top and the rice texture was so wrong. Give 4 stars cuz the flavor is alright and I wish they read this review and have better quality control. A year ago was really good.2022 reviewFoods here are SCRUMPTIOUS and v authentic Taiwanese food!! cant believe I didn’t know this place earlier!

The food here is delicious and the servings are huge! We ended up sharing one hotpot because it was our first time here, and having hot pot in Seattle. The staff there was very courteous and patient in getting our order and explaining how buying items for the hotpot works. It's a great bang for your buck, and everything needed for a hotpot is provided.Though I haven't had the other menu items, I still highly recommend visiting Gourmet Noodle bowl, for having a hot pot get together!Vegetarian options: Vegetable broth and other menu itemsWheelchair accessibility: Located on round floor

Me and my crew visit this place at least twice a week. Out of all the hot pot places in Seattle, you can not find a place with more custom options for such a low price. Plus, service is always instant and parking is free.

We went there last weekend(10/15), and we found out their hot pot is good, also the service was good too, so we went there again on Wednesday last week(10/18). The chef was really nice, he came out chat with us and let us tried their Braised Rice with Pork and Soy Sauce, the food was not bad. But I have to say we really disappointed with the service, we ordered 3 hot pot and some side dishes. only my son’s didn’t over$20, we supposed to get 2rice, but she keep saying we only can get one rice. We ordered some to go and we have some left over need to bring home, but she changed us $1 for a small to go bag(we didn’t get charge on Sunday night, which is 2days ago). Not just that, our receipt says the total was around hundred with tax, but when she bring the iPad for us to check out, the total became around $120, we asked her what’s going on with the total , then she charged total back to the correct amount. We left over20% tip(we didn’t tip the to go order). The reason why I tipped that much is because the chef was really nice. We will go there again, but we definitely don’t want go there when she is serving the food.

saw this on Instagram and just had to try. i was surprised by how good the katsu with curry was! the beef stew broth was delicious and flavorful, salt and pepper wings was ok, pork belly buns was so good, the pork almost melts in the mouth. the strawberry milk tea was too small for the price but the one we really enjoyed the most was the Mantou. a little oily but with the flavored condensed milk dipping sauces, it was still so good. Service was pleasant, and atmosphere have a chill vibe.
