The best Taiwanese restaurant in Seattle, hands down. Every visit reminds me why this place stands out - the flavors are bold, authentic, and incredibly satisfying. It was so good to speak in my native language with the chef. The food was really good and it reminded of the food back in Taiwan. While I love four hours away, I will definitely come back here when I visit Seattle again.
Came here on a last-minute whim when my (raised in Taiwan) parents were visiting and requested Taiwanese food on a weekday evening. The restaurant was completely empty, but the staff was super friendly and helpful, the food came out fast, and the taste was super nostalgic. I'll definitely be back.
