I love this place! My every Sunday morning routine starts here with cup of matcha and danish pastry with seasonal fruit! The taste of coffee and other pastries so good! Definitely recommend!
Grand Central Bakery is the best bakery in Seattle, in my opinion, and the café in Wedgwood combines access to their amazing baked goods with a variety of other small eats and coffee in a decent-sized contemporary seating area with great light.
Grand Central is always a treat, it's SOOO nice to be able to pick up real actual crusty wonderful bread and pastries. I've never found a better loaf or croissant in Seattle and I've looked. Sandwiches are also so tasty and made with local produce, and there's no plastic in to go orders so it's all compostable. we get pie crusts and chopped up bread for stuffing for the holidays too.
