Exceptional drinks, snacks, and service! I enjoyed their rose chai latte and London fog. The savoury pastries such as poblano empanadas and onion croissant are some of the most delicious snacks I’ve ordered at a cafe, and make me keep coming back!
While in Seattle for a brief visit prior to departing on an Alaskan cruise, we wanted to find a real Seattle coffeehouse and this one is definitely a local favorite. My traditional drip coffee was nicely prepared and my wife enjoyed her tea. There were empanadas available, but just the drinks on this visit. I travel a lot and have enjoyed coffee in many cities. In the birthplace of Starbucks, there are more coffee shops than I’ve ever encountered. Grumpy Bean is one...
Came into town on business and stopped here a couple times! Loved that I could have a good latte and an early morning empanada. If they ever start shipping, I will buy their beans from SC!
