Gyo Gyo En is a small, cozy spot with only 8-10 counter seats and a few hi-top tables, mostly doing take out. The food is delicious and everything tastes homemade. The poke bowls have huge chunks of salmon and creamy salmon and tuna. The Salmon Bara-Chirashi Bento is a phenomenal bento box with great flavor from the rice, soy sauce, and salmon. The Area 206 curry is very rich, but the rice portion is not big enough, so ordering an extra portion of rice is recommended. The fried chicken is great, but for take out, the chicken should be in a separate container to stay crispy. 356 is pretty oily and takeout containers aren’t well sealed, causing leaks. The service is amazing, with kind staff who point out popular items. The vibe is great with Japanese music and decoration. The restaurant takes cash but does not give change. Pricing is slightly higher but worth every penny.
