We were tourists in Seattle and were looking for somewhere to have our lunch. We walked around Chinatown and happened to come across H.Bistro and were so pleased we had made a right choice.

It is a humble, simple restaurant but the Cantonese cuisine was amazing. The flavours were so authentic and well balanced.

They do have some dishes which are hard to find these days but need to pre-order 1 day in advance. If we have more time in Seattle,...

First order: I was really excited. The portions felt on par with what I would expect for the cost, and most importantly, the meals seemed fresh. The flavors were really good and packaged well. As someone who hates leftovers, I really enjoyed my first order. I would have given 4/5 stars.

My second order this week, not so much. (Maybe I ordered the wrong things this week). The breakfast portions were small (I was still hungry afterward), and the quality didn’t...
