The mi quang was not as dry as it should have been, and the bun bo hue was just okay. The grilled pork was fantastic, however - so probably best to stick to the rice or vermicelli bowls.
I went to Vietnam for the first time in January, I’ve been searching for a place that is comparable to the taste and quality that I experienced out in Ho Chi Minh City and Huong Binh takes me back. The owners are so sweet and relaxed. The food is phenomenal, every bite is a perfect mix of umami and sweet. And the prices are affordable!?? Love it here and it’s now me and my boyfriend’s favorite spot. Can’t wait to try all of their dishes.
After coming here a few times I can now safely say this is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in any city. The portions, flavor, selection, and pricing are all better than you'd expect from a Vietnamese restaurant in Seattle, which is already a high bar. Free parking, too
