This place is AMAZING! Their Banh Beo Chen is delicious and this is the only place I’ve had it served this way. Their Banh Hoi Thap Cam is the main show! Comes with a variety of flavorful meats, fresh veggies with a fresh bed of Banh Hoi noodles. Can’t get enough!! Also, their Bung Mang Vit is packed with duck, their ginger sauce is tasty and the soup that comes with it is so simple but homey. Best of both worlds in one dish. The mi quang was not as dry as it should have been, and the bun bo hue was just okay. The grilled pork was fantastic, however - so probably best to stick to the rice or vermicelli bowls.
I went to Vietnam for the first time in January, I’ve been searching for a place that is comparable to the taste and quality that I experienced out in Ho Chi Minh City and Huong Binh takes me back. The owners are so sweet and relaxed. The food is phenomenal, every bite is a perfect mix of umami and sweet. And the prices are affordable!?? Love it here and it’s now me and my boyfriend’s favorite spot. Can’t wait to try all of their dishes.
