I'm going to start this with this is not a cheap place to go. Now that's done the staff are second to none. I believe David is the owner and is amazing. Our group sat at the bar. And I can't remember the bartenders name but he was on point with his drinks, recommendations and service. Now the food. I had the black cod and it was perfect and I mean perfect. Was the plate perfect in my opinion no as I asked for some extra veggies. This was my second time there...
Spencer, our server took the evening from a dinner to an experience. Great wait staff can make or break a meal & he was superb. The food as always was exceptional. I think Haerfest is Seattle's best kept secret. SO good. Not a missed dish in the line up. I dream of their carrots and brussel sprouts all the time. Will be back.
Don’t get the gnocchi. The dish had 10 small pieces of gnocchi in a watery green sauce and cost $31 pre-tax/tip. The service is incredible, though. But for $57 you could do a lot better than a couple of forkfuls of food and a beer.
