Mmmm. Tastes like childhood. Bonus points for nostalgia (reminds of a childhood happy place), but it’s a legit dim sum choice.
Food is quite yummy - whatever your dim sum favorite. I kinda wish the daikon cakes were a bit more well-done, but everything else was on was point.
Service was quick/ efficient. They use a digital ordering method (vs having servers). Order from your device (or learn to speak cantonese…) and the food magically appears a few minutes later. Folks were friendly if a bit high volume (growing up speaking mandarin, cantonese always sounded a bit aggressive to me).
The place is a bit gritty and kinda what you picture (or at least what I think of) as a Chinatown joint.
Overall a very good experience. The nostalgia factor makes it a 5 for me. Definitely recommend.

My first dim sum experience in Seattle was very disappointing.
We were seated at a table that looked clean but was actually sticky.
In this restaurant, the waiter didn’t take the orders, and I think they are good runners. Instead, there was a QR code close by. We scanned it and placed our order later asking for payment before place the order. We thought it was like that since it was our first time here.
After a long wait without seeing any food, we had to call over three different food runners. Finally, the last one told us our order hadn’t gone through. We explained we had already paid, and she clarified that does not need to make the payment. She then brought her iPad for us to place the order directly.
The ordering process was confusing, and this wasn’t explained to us upfront. Unfortunately, we had to call our bank to cancel the initial payment and even had to block the card, just in case. NOTE: I did not say or mention that restaurant was trying to scam since they use third party software for ordering. It looks like is not secure. Do not give any info or make any payment.
As for the food, it was below expectations. Specially, the deep-fried taro with pork tasted horrible. The pork was like curry which is confusing . 0/5 for us.
Additionally, cleanliness needs improvement: tables should be wiped down with soap to avoid stickiness, and seasonings should be refreshed regularly and clean.
Overall, very disappointing experience with both the service and the food quality.
Never come back

Some of the best dim sum I've ever had. Be sure to order a lot. I love this place and it's vibe. Their Shrimp is big and fresh. Their fried tofu is so addictive. I nearly ate the entire place.
Eat here family style. It's amazing. Order the fried tofu. If your family eats it all, order more.

Tasty dimsum, the service was fine but the atmosphere was quite a thing - busy, noisy and odor

Harbor City is a usual favorite of mine. Most food we ordered was delicious and came out quicker than expected. The app style ordering makes it easy to add more food to your order. The waiters didn't hover us too much like some restaurants and allowed us to stay longer since it was a slow period in the day. Definitely will come back with friends. Parking can be tricky around here since it's street parking, so we parked in a nearby lot that was only $10 for the whole day.

Great spot - very authentic. You sit down and order via a QR code. Food comes out quick and is delicious. Cheap for the size and quality - highly recommended.

In a sketchy part of town - and recently they minimized the uber eats delivery range so you have to go in and pick up. Food is great, everything else not so much
