Insanely delicious vegan prix fixe dining experience! The staff are so warm, welcoming, and friendly - you could tell they are really proud of the food and the farms they work with. It’s very local and forage-first, so you get to try some new and unique fruits and veggies. The chefs come out at the beginning and introduce the menu. They also let you take things home if you’re too full to finish and if you really love something, they will write down the recipe...
My only complaint is that there was more food and wine than I could consume at one sitting. Lucky for me, they had to-go boxes and my leftovers were just as delicious for lunch the next day. I think next time I will opt for half wine/half elixirs but I don't know which wine I would skip. They were all so delicious on their own and even better with the pairings. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant. Aaron and Betsy are a great team. I just returned from the cannoli capital...
