Stopped by to get coffee today and so disappointed. This was our 2nd time, I tried the coffee brulee but tasted really bad, fishy smell. Coconut coffee was watery, could not taste the coconut at all. Wont be coming back :/

I was excited to try Hello Em Việt Coffee & Roastery, but my experience was a bit underwhelming. I ordered the pâté pastry and the Cà Phê Trứng (egg coffee), but both missed the mark for me. The pastry had too much sauce, which overpowered the flavors rather than complementing them. As for the egg coffee, the espresso wasn’t bold enough, and I found that it could have used more ice to balance the drink.
Another small but notable thing was the straws—I’m not sure if they were reusable, but they were thick and not particularly enjoyable to drink from. I’d personally prefer regular plastic straws or even metal ones.
The space itself is nice, and I can see the appeal, but based on my order, the flavors didn’t quite deliver. I might give it another shot to try something different, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

My first taste of Vietnamese coffee in Seattle. Went with the Bạc Xỉu with egg cloud (Egg Viet Latte) on the staff’s recommendation, and it was incredibly creamy and rich. Loved the history wall highlighting Seattle’s Little Saigon. The only downside is the cup is a bit pricey and the cream layer was a touch too sweet for me. Overall, a delightful spot worth visiting!

The customer service was warm and inviting, and the lady who took my order greeted me with a smile. It's such a simple gesture, but it makes all the difference.
I had a simple Espresso Double Shot with Sweetened Condensed Milk ?, and it was perfect.
The relaxed environment and great music created a wonderful atmosphere—I would definitely return.
This place truly knows what it’s doing ♥️
Note: Being a first timer , parking seemed to a little bit of a challenge. I was told there may be underground parking available. Other than that you are able to park on the street ?️
