Never had these drinks and wanted recommendations but barista was not very helpful. Service without a smile! They were more busy talking to each other than helping me. Too many other coffee shop to deal with bad advice.
The coffee was mid… nothing special. Had high hopes but walked away very disappointed:(.

Creme brûlée iced latte was great, the regular Vietnamese coffee had so much ice, I think I got 3 sips out of it. Makes it a bit over priced.

We visited Hello Em 3 times during our 4-day stay in Seattle. It was that good where we had to keep coming back. Even though they had some really unique Vietnamese options for coffee, they still had traditional coffee drinks too. I got their ca-phe brûlée primarily and it was a little sweet on top with strong espresso (like a cortado) underneath. Must try!

Love the egg cloud coffee and appreciate the art and stories shared throughout the space.

The Salmon Viet Banh Mi was incredible and the best Banh mi I've ever had. Their coffee is delicious, strong, and their pandan herbal tea is my favorite!

The vibe here is also amazing, I loved the artwork, the history on the wall, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They worked quick, were welcoming, and kind.

This is easily one of my favorite spots in Seattle and definitely somewhere I know I'll be coming back to...a lot.
