Cool UNIQUE find for a city full of cafes! Located in the (still developing) Little Saigon Landmark Project, Hello Em, has a nice hang-out chill vibe with some history and cultural lessons throughout the space.

Hello Em is right behind the Dearborn goodwill and has delicious coffees and sandwiches. Their espresso is robust and intense in flavor without being bitter or overpowering. I most recently got the ca phe chuoi which is robusta espresso with caramelized banana, coconut, pandan egg whip, salted peanuts and banana chips. I got my drink iced (came in a hot cup).
