Hello Em is right behind the Dearborn goodwill and has delicious coffees and sandwiches. Their espresso is robust and intense in flavor without being bitter or overpowering. I most recently got the ca phe chuoi which is robusta espresso with caramelized banana, coconut, pandan egg whip, salted peanuts and banana chips. I got my drink iced (came in a hot cup). I was a huge fan of this flavor profile especially the pandan egg whip!! Unfortunately the batch of salted peanuts I got...
Great coffee shop. They have a very interesting menu with many fresh homemade flavors that are popular in Vietnam as saltcofee, eggcoffee, coconutcoffee,…and more. The coffee base (espresso shot) is good (i'm from Buon Ma Thuot where VN has the most coffee farms). The cup is well designed. I was excited to try coffee at Hello Em as a Vnese tourist and happy with the result.
