Ok ok so I’m not from Seattle at all. In North Carolina we have coffee shops that are almost all mediocre at best. I had no clue just how good coffee could be. My wife and i stopped in here randomly on our PNW vacation and it’s ruined other coffee places for us. You have been warned.

Excellent coffee and a convenient location. I got the drip coffee because that’s my thing, but there were options for other espresso creations. There isn’t seating inside, but there are a few tables outside. I was going to get some of the Beans for later, but I forgot. I would definitely come back.

Visiting Seattle for first time had high expectations for espresso drinks and Herkimer delivered. Rich creamy and well balanced shots. Best of downtown and we’ve tried nearly all of them. Nice smiling baristas to boot! They have a small selection of fresh pastries but it goes fast. They have real mugs for dine in upon request.

Herkimer takes their coffee seriously - you can literally taste it! Ordered an iced latte and the barista was so thoughtful to double check on the size in case I didn’t want a strong-tasting coffee (i did). They also had a great array of coffee beans for sale starting from 15 USD. They close at 2pm so come early!
