OMG! This bakery is so customer focused! From the first call to place my order to me literally sitting in a 3 minute zone in downtown Seattle while they brought my order to my car. I surprised my friend on his birthday and I couldn't believe how thick and delicious these brownies were. Thank you Akatsu! I'll be back.
The sales person at today’s University District Farmer’s Market was wonderful! He knew the products and had great pride. I bought the apple, ginger, cinnamon pie for my dinner with friends tomorrow. I hope to see him again.Howard
