I ordered a jasmine latte with matcha cream, regular sugar, and less ice. But it looks different from what I expected. They charged the same price, but the drink didn’t have the matcha cream on top as I requested.
Coconut mango boom is the way. It’s legit if you know how much work involved in making this cup you will appreciate the existence of this store….. I did at home and don’t want to make it myself I’d rather pay. You should order ahead with app. When wait in line don’t trust the wait time show on app. Check with stuff time to time yourself . The App is trash which is understandable, as a programmer in this area you should know how hard it is to make it online . They are bobble store would not invest money in the complexity of the app, same time they want to increase through put of customer by allow them order first.
The drinks here are the best. Never too sweet. Really unique flavors.
Only con with this place is the inside of the store always has a heavy smell of burnt plastic or some other carcinogenic substance.
Decent! Not too great. Personal preference
Delicious boba and fragrant Jasmine tea. They use real and fresh ingredients. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu! I’m surprised they don’t use a kiosk like most bubble tea stores do so employees can focus on making drinks. It would also let me take my time when deciding on what to order as a new customer without feeling like I’m wasting the barista’s time.
Got the supreme matcha, must say its the best tasting matcha I ever had. Also tried their mango coconut but will be going back for the matcha.
No alternate milk options
My friend and I were visiting Seattle, and we saw this place on our drive into our hotel. There was no line when we got there, so I thought a quick drink would be great! 45 minutes later, we are still waiting for our drinks as mobile orders are taken in and made, and then left to be sitting on the counter. No joke, there were at least 10 drinks sitting there the whole time we were waiting (I took a pic). If the wait time to get a drink is going to be 45 minutes to an hour, they should probably tell you this ahead of time. I understand a lot of money is made by online orders, it’s convient, etc. but if the wait time to going to be that extreme then you should A) warn customers and/or B) put a pause on mobile orders. Also just to clarify this in no way reflects on the employees working - the drink was great and they were very friendly. I don’t blame them for what happened - I know what it is to be that person at the front. Whoever’s in charge needs to re-work their system.
best bubble tea in seattle! trust me! please add taro🌸 especially black bubble tea🙏🏻 highly recommend as a big fun of bubble tea.
and don’t try blue&yellow drink haha
Rude employees with wrong items.
The employee here is very rude. They did not add boo-boo in my black tea latte when I ordered with. They remade my drink but it comes with ice when I ordered no-ice.

Very refreshing! I hope I make enough money so I can come everyday..
There were six or seven people in the kitchen, and none of them seemed to know what they were doing — it was total chaos. Four or five of them were standing around the order counter chatting with customers, completely ignoring the pickup area where four or five people were already waiting.
When I placed my order, the app said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I only ordered three drinks, but when I came back 20 minutes later, they first told me Drink A was sold out and asked me to change it on the spot. Then they said the matcha for Drink B wasn’t ready yet and I’d need to wait another ten minutes.
Fine — I waited another fifteen minutes and came back, and the same cashier told me, “Sorry, the matcha is also unavailable now. Do you want a refund?” By that time, I had already been waiting for nearly 50 minutes.
I was honestly speechless… Then, two minutes later, another staff member came over and said, “The matcha is ready now, do you still want a refund???” I’ve truly never seen such disorganized management.
An order that the app said would be ready in 10 minutes ended up taking 50 minutes. Not a single apology from anyone — after all that waiting, the only thing they asked was, “Do you want a refund?” Is that really what they call customer service?
Expansive menu, plenty of choices and options for your drink. Really fair prices. Love the light fragrance when you walk in. Enjoy your drink!!
Lovely location when I can grab a tea when walking around in the city. Quality always good as usual. From a Heytea lover
