The owners had posted on facebook about going to the protests downtown. I simply inquired during the Seattle protests if my food was going to be safe due to the Covid-19 infections being rampant and protests not having any social distancing protocols. I was met with a snarky unprofessional response from what I hope wasn't the owner which was completely uncalled for. I'm immune compromised and just wanted to support a local business and eat vegan food god forbid.

If I could recommend one place to anyone visiting Seattle, it would be the Highline without a doubt. The combination of bar/vegan restaurant/heavy metal venue is both unique and phenomenal. The Highline excels in all three of those fields. Amazing drinks, delicious vegan comfort food, and, in my opinion, it’s the top venue for metal/punk shows in the city (I’m heartbroken every time a tour is announced and a band is playing somewhere else).

Absolutely love this place. they have amazing live music, and the bartenders are super nice. I'm not vegan but I love the food they server here. absolutely delicious food, they give great portions. Nothing to really complain about.
The fries are amazing, vegan nachos are delicious and the tacos are decent. Great characters and fun to check out if you’re looking for a heavy metal dive with live music and vegan bar food.
