No place in Seattle can be recommended more than this. Hi Tea has been my favorite bubble tea place in Seattle for years -- it tastes the most like Hong Kong milk teas, with great snacks (bubble waffles!) and great portions and prices to top it off. Plus consistently fast service and amazing location right across from Capitol Hill Station, there's nothing to complain about - just a fantastic place.
This is so amazing the menu is affordable and all of the drinks I’ve gotten were excellent! The bubble waffles and waffle cut fries are also unbelievably incredible ! 10/10
