Hildegard Ferments and Botanicals offers a unique tasting experience with a variety of fermented beverages like Saisons, Belgian Pale, and Jun. Co-owner Howard provides excellent explanations. In addition to great beer, they also offer delicious non-alcoholic items to go. A must-visit for a change of pace from larger breweries in the area.
