Amazing woman who took my order, very friendly and they offer free soup while you wait for your order. The soup was delicious! The portions where a bit small and was a bit on the blanned side. I'm hoping the next time the food will be as great as my experience.

One of my fav teriyaki spots in Seattle! Food is good & Staff is absolutely amazing and kind. Above and beyond service. I get the spicy teriyaki chicken and it’s great! Most teriyaki plates are priced about the same as the rest of Seattle area (around $15 pretax) but better quality than a lot of places.

I really like their yakisoba - it is seasoned well and has a nice bite to its texture. Some may like theirs on a soggy, softer side, but I think they are looking for it in the wrong noodle dish. Their teriyaki dishes are on the drier side, but it is well-cooked and has a pleasant, charbroiled flavor. I'd prefer it this way than it potentially being undercooked and unsafe. Service is always excellent. I've been here multiple times, and even in the busiest of hours, the lady has always been kind to oblige my large orders. She is especially kind to my little daughter who's always eager to say hi to her! - and believe me, she's a shy little girl!

Amazing Grab and Go; most people do not know about their Mongolian beef and general Tao’s chicken. Those are my fav beyond the teriyaki and katsu. They also have a free soup during lunch, way better than your average egg drop soup with actual veggies. Today, I am going in with the teriyaki and katsu chicken for my quick lunch’s, do upgrade to fried rice. OMG on the fried rice during lunch!! Hit the spot, I’m glad I skip Kona.
