Hands down the best clay pot rice in Washington, especially the yellow eel one. It's super rare to have clay pot rice in the US, very surprised that they are making such authentic one here. This dish is not hard to make, but very difficult to have such good taste. Balanced flavor, fresh ingredients, perfect crisp for the bottom layer of rice. I had such a wonderful experience at this Chinese restaurant featuring authentic Hong Kong Cantonese style cuisine. Every dish was absolutely yummy and full of flavor!
The dim sum was fresh and perfectly steamed, the roasted meats were tender and juicy, and the stir-fried dishes had that amazing wok hei taste that makes Cantonese food so special. The flavors were balanced, not too heavy, just comforting and delicious.

Great little place. Wide variety of dim sum options or you can go for a hot pot (where u cook in a pot in front of you). Seems to be a great selec there too. We had the ha gow, shu mai, eggplant w shrimp, spare ribs, fried squid, all absolutely delicious. Also had the last cream buns, they were to die for! We will definitely be back!
