I love honeyhole!! Was a fan before they closed (sucks the owners were dbags) and I was really happy to see they found new ownership. I like their new ordering set up, QR at the table for dine in and kiosks + online ordering for take out. The sandwiches are just as good as I remember and the new chili cheese fries? Yummmm I loved them. Wish there was sour cream but that's a personal preference lol. My only gripe is they're not open as late as they used to be, but I understand seattle isn't known for its bustling nightlife. HoneyHole rocks, I come all the way from the east side to get a sammy when the craving hits and I always feel it's worth it.

It’s the same HoneyHole you used to know and love. Well, sort of? The food is as good as ever — in fact much better than it has been in the last two years. But the prices much worse. Gone are the days of ordering a sandwich with a side included.Instead of a friendly waiter, bartender, or FOH staff you will find a QR code and Toast order service. To their credit, all staff we interacted with were very pleasant and I’m sure they’re just doing what they can to keep the doors open.But if that means a sandwich, fries and beer near $35 before tip I’m just not sure a place like this can survive without the face-to-face interactions that so many HH enthusiasts like myself came enjoy.

So this place is going in the right direction but still some things to fix so hoping it’ll change. The pricing now is a bit outrageous. I’ll post my receipt but for one meal it was around 34 dollars. There’s no way that’s going to be sustainable for people. You’re so close but nearly 4 bucks for a can of soda and 3 for a bag of chips? I once waited 1 hour for a sandwich and 30 minutes for a beer.Because I’m a weirdo I’ve timed my interactions after the ownership change. Average beer time: 1 minuteAverage food time: 7 minutesThey already had the best sandwiches now they have the best service too. Perfect

Great sandwich I gotthe Dude. Unsuccessful other two times with simple unwillingness. Like " we don't take orders over the phone order online" first of all customer service, Is taking a second to take a order down on a pad if you have too. "We don't take orders over the phone" is HIGHKEY unacceptable, especially if the online order portal is down once a week on average Note to management.

On Sept 9, 2023 I ordered a sandwich. When I started consuming that sandwich I noticed the other end of my sandwich had a huge bite taken out of it. I guess one of the employees got hungry and decided to help themselves. I contacted customer service and they told me to email them. When I did I got no response and no refund. Never been more disgusted by a restaurant.

if you have kids please don’t bring them here as the owner is an alleged pedo and was arrested for such a few years back. He abuses his employees as does not pay them on time ever. Multiple employees who where queer where pushed out of work in mentally harmful manners. The sandwiches are over priced and sometimes too soggy to even eat.
